Terms of Service

Effective 15 April 2026 · Version 1.0

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a contract between you and Messe Asia Co., Ltd. ("PrideShow", "we", "us"), the company that operates the PrideShow.org website, mobile experiences, and related services (the "Platform").

By creating an account, claiming a listing, submitting an event, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Who can use the Platform

You may use the Platform only if you are at least 20 years old(the age of majority in Thailand) or if you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation (a company, NGO, brand, or creator business), you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

We may refuse or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, the rights of another user, or any applicable law.

3. Your account

Accounts are created through third-party sign-in (Google, LINE) or our email magic-link. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email inbox or social account linked to your PrideShow account — anyone who controls that inbox or account can sign in as you.

You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create an account using someone else's identity.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Platform you agree not to:

  • harass, threaten, out, or discriminate against any other user, or publish content that incites hatred against any protected group;
  • submit false, misleading, or defamatory information about yourself, your organisation, or any other entity;
  • claim a listing you do not have authority to represent;
  • scrape, harvest, or systematically copy data from the Platform without our written permission;
  • attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or access-control mechanisms;
  • upload malware, run denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise interfere with the operation of the Platform;
  • use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam), including through the enquiry or contact features.

5. Listings and claims

The Platform hosts directories of Thai public-listed companies (PLCs), non-governmental organisations (NGOs), small and medium enterprises (SMEs), and key opinion leaders (KOLs), plus an events calendar. Some listings are created by us from public sources; others are submitted or claimed by the entities they describe.

  • Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit about yourself or an entity you claim.
  • Verification. Claims are verified by PrideShow at our sole discretion, typically by email-domain match, social-handle match, or supporting documentation. We may reject or revoke a claim if verification fails or if a better-evidenced competing claim is received.
  • Third-party entities. A listing mentioning a third party does not imply endorsement by that third party. If you are the owner of an entity and want a listing corrected or removed, contact us (section 15).

6. Our content

The Platform itself — including the PrideShow name and marks, the PrideScore and ESG ranking methodologies, the design, code, and database structure — is owned by or licensed to Messe Asia Co., Ltd. You may view and share links to public pages, but you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Platform without our written permission.

7. Your content

When you submit content to the Platform (text, images, documents, event descriptions, profile information), you keep ownership of that content. You grant PrideShow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This licence ends when you remove the content or delete your account, except that we may retain anonymised copies in backups for a reasonable period.

You represent that you have the rights to submit the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

8. Third-party services

The Platform integrates with third-party services (Google, LINE, Resend, Cloudflare, and in future Stripe and others). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability or for anything they do with data you share directly with them.

9. Fees

The core directory, claim, and discovery features are currently free. Premium features (for example paid exhibitor tiers at PrideShow 2026, featured placement, or certification programmes) are priced separately and will be made clear before you commit to pay. Payments are processed by our payment partner and are subject to their terms.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, nor that ESG/PrideScore rankings, business-verification status, or any other content will be fit for any particular decision you wish to make based on it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded or limited under Thai law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, PrideShow and its directors, employees, and subprocessors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) THB 10,000.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify PrideShow against any third-party claim arising from content you submit, a listing you claim, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes and termination

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your account from your privacy dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand. This does not affect rights you have under Thai consumer-protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
