EHS & Sustainability Manager Thailand

Lead all environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programmes at Ingredion's Sikhiu Plant in Nakhon Ratchasima, ensuring compliance with Thai regulations, Ingredion global standards, and customer requirements while driving a proactive safety culture. Manages direct reports including EHS&S officers and the security team, oversees risk reduction initiatives, and strengthens community engagement and sustainability practices. Reports to the Plant Manager, with a secondary presence at the Bangna office in Bangkok.
